Dr. Wallick holds Ph.D's in both Counseling and Addictions, is a fellow of the American College of Addictions Examiners, a Diplomat of the National Association of Forensic Examiners, and an Oral Examiner for the Florida Certification Board.                                                                                        Dr. Carlton earned his Bachelor of Science from The University of Arizona where he also continued with his education and received his Medical Degree, completed his dual residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Phoenix Children’s Hospital, along with a Fellowship in Toxicology at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona.
For over a decade, he has been serving as Medical Director for Community Bridges, where he has supervised the care and detox of over 25,000 individuals, (Our NICD Director worked with Dr. Carlton at this medical detoxification facility as well as at Banner Health Systems Hospital "The Villa at Scottsdale" CD Residential Treatment Center). Additionally, Dr. Carlton is the Medical Director at St. Luke’s Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Carlton has published numerous articles and has extensive knowledge in the fields of Toxicology and Biomedicine.

Beverly was diagnosed with Hepatitis C in 1997 and is an active educational advocate for the disease. Beverly works as an R.N. at a Treatment Facility, since 2000, and is currently the Chairman of the Arizona Hepatitis C Coalition, in which she was a co-founding member. She has been certified by the Arizona State Department of Health Services as a Hepatitis C Educator and works directly with ADHS through the Hep C Coalition to help increase public awareness and to educate, advocate, and council people with Hepatitis C.
